Archaeology of an action. Essay II

Archaeology of an action. Essay I is part of an in progress project called Archaeology of an action that I have been developing since 2022 and that consists of different pieces and essays in relation to questions such as: Is it possible to remember with the body, how does memory inhabit, is remembering a (performative) action, what connecting actions do bodies and territories weave when they meet each other?

In Archaeology of an action. Essay II I bring the gestures and memories of each action performed in the landscape becoming a story in each repetition, opening the listening to the stones, to the performance dress and to the vocal and sonorous reading of the score. I allow the action to open up to a gestural and collective memory.
